The tragic death of Cardinals' relief pitcher Josh Hancock is now going to be played out in court as a lawsuit has been filed against Mike Shannon's Steaks and Seafood. The lawsuit contends that "The intoxication of Joshua Morgan Hancock on said occasion was involuntary."
What!!!
So the staff poured the drinks down his throat? What an absurd lawsuit. Personal responsibility clearly does not apply in this era.
