Milka Duno has four advanced engineering degrees but is short on open-wheel experience. The 34-year-old Duno will join the IRL series along with a new team, Samax Motorsport, and a new sponsor, CITGO. She plans to run 10 of the 17 races this season, including the Indianapolis 500.
